Conduct functional, regression, performance, and usability testing to identify defects. Collaborate with software developers and business analysts to understand project requirements. Perform manual testing as well as develop and maintain automated test scripts. Conduct root-cause analysis of defects and track them using bug tracking systems. Continuously monitor and improve the software testing process. Qualifications & Requirements Eligibility: 2023 graduates with a minimum of 65% in UG and PG (if applicable). Academic Record: Minimum of 75% in SSLC and HSC . No gaps of any kind in education. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of software testing processes, methodologies, and tools.
