Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to Synopsys tools/software. Collaborate with the R&D and engineering teams to report bugs and suggest product improvements. Create and maintain knowledge base articles and technical documentation. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by meeting service level agreements (SLAs). Qualifications & Requirements Qualification: B.E / B.Tech in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. Experience: Freshers with strong technical skills or experienced support professionals are welcome. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments and scripting languages (Perl/Python/Tcl) is an added advantage.
