Collaborate with product and engineering teams to resolve customer escalations. Assist customers with code reviews and optimization of their automation workflows. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Degree in Computer Science or a related field. Experience: 5+ years in programming (.NET/Java — C#, C++, VB, Java, PowerShell) and customer-facing technical roles. Technical Skills: Knowledge of networking (Load Balancer, DNS) and basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). Preferred: SaaS/Cloud experience and awareness of Kubernetes.
