Share findings and progress clearly with teammates and stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications At least 2 years of university education or equivalent work experience. One or more specialized technical areas balanced with broad general skills (e.g., front-end tech plus high-level service understanding). Experience writing high-quality pull requests with solid test coverage and delivering low-defect projects. Comfort navigating and contributing in new codebases across multiple languages. Clear written communication to explain work to stakeholders and teammates. In-Office Expectations Office-assigned Stripes are typically expected to spend at least 50% of their time in the local office each month.
