Ideal for students/recent grads passionate about backend systems and fintech. Key Responsibilities Area Responsibility Development Develop & maintain scalable, high-performance backend services; follow clean-code practices. Design Design & architect features and systems in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Testing Write unit & integration tests; ensure code stability through reviews and CI integration. Code Quality Conduct and participate in code reviews; mentor best practices. Debugging Debug and resolve technical issues; identify risks and propose mitigation. Continuous Improvement Stay updated with industry trends and apply improvements to architecture and processes.
