About the Role Siemens is seeking an Associate Test Engineer (Automation) to join their Engineering department in Noida. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of application platforms. The position involves developing and maintaining test scripts, executing test cases, investigating defects to find the root cause, and ensuring the overall success of the program through your subject matter expertise. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts. Execute manual and automated test cases and log defects with clear, detailed steps. Investigate and perform root cause analysis for identified software defects. Track defects from discovery to closure, working with development teams. Contribute to the overall quality of the product and support application platforms. Operate effectively in a dynamic and multitasking work environment. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field of engineering. Strong inclination and passion for ensuring product quality. Experience in developing and maintaining test scripts is preferred. Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic work environment. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
