This is a strategic role focused on driving the adoption of Razorpay's consumer offerings from the merchant side. You will act as a key cross-functional leader, working with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to build and scale products that create value for both merchants and their end consumers. Key Responsibilities Define and own the product roadmap for merchant-side adoption of consumer offerings. Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, analytics) to build and launch products. Engage deeply with merchants to understand their needs, gather feedback, and identify new opportunities. Analyze product metrics and user data to make informed decisions and drive adoption. Develop the go-to-market strategy and collaborate with sales and marketing for successful product launches. Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch iteration. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business (MBA), or a related field. Proven experience in product management, preferably in the fintech, payments, or e-commerce space. Strong track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver successful products. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills. Deep customer empathy with experience in B2B or B2B2C product management. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
