About the Job Egis Group is hiring for a QA/QC - Civil professional to join their Design & Engineering team in Lucknow. This is a Mid-Senior Level role responsible for establishing and maintaining quality standards for all civil engineering activities. You will ensure that all construction work and materials comply with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Job Details 📍 Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 💼 Experience: Mid-Senior Level Contract: Permanent Contract Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and inspection test plans (ITPs). Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with civil engineering standards. Manage the quality control process for all construction materials, including testing and verification. Oversee on-site laboratory testing and third-party testing activities. Prepare and manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Maintain comprehensive QA/QC documentation and prepare regular quality reports for management. Qualifications & Requirements Qualification: A B.E / B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering. Experience: Proven experience as a QA/QC Engineer on large-scale infrastructure projects (e.g., roads, bridges, metros, or airports). Skills: In-depth knowledge of civil engineering standards, building codes (IS Codes, ISO), and material testing procedures. Strong leadership and communication skills. Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality excellence.
