About the Role PayU is looking for a sharp Product Manager to take ownership of its ACS (Access Control Server) product. Based in Gurgaon , you will be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap for PayU's 3-D Secure and card authentication solutions. This is a critical role that sits at the intersection of security, user experience, and regulatory compliance, ensuring every transaction is both seamless and secure. Position Details 📍 Location: Gurgaon 💼 Type: Full Time Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the 3-D Secure (ACS) platform, from strategy to execution. Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business goals and market needs. Stay updated with EMV 3DS protocols and network mandates (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) to ensure compliance. Collaborate with engineering, security, and data science teams to build scalable and robust authentication solutions. Define and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., authentication success rates, latency, fraud rates) to drive product improvements. Act as the subject matter expert for all internal and external queries related to card authentication. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in product management, ideally within the fintech or payments industry. Strong technical understanding of the payments ecosystem, especially card networks and authentication protocols (3-D Secure). Experience with Access Control Server (ACS) or transaction security products is highly desirable. Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. Strong ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and communicate complex ideas clearly.
