You will play a critical part in balancing risk and enabling sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive analytics on the credit portfolio to identify emerging risk trends and patterns. Contribute to the development and improvement of credit policies and risk management strategies. Develop and maintain risk scorecards, performance dashboards, and monitoring frameworks. Prepare and present detailed risk reports and insights to management and key stakeholders. Collaborate with data science and business teams to implement and test new risk models and strategies. Ensure all credit activities adhere to internal policies and regulatory guidelines. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Finance, or Engineering. Proven experience as a risk analyst, preferably within the fintech, banking, or financial services sector. Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with statistical programming languages (e.g., Python, R). Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. Solid understanding of credit risk management principles, lending products, and portfolio analysis. Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
