About the Role Paytm is looking for an experienced Business Analyst – Team Lead to spearhead the analytics function for its Business Lending vertical. Based in Noida, this on-site role involves leading a team to uncover data-driven insights, owning critical business metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to fuel the growth of Paytm's lending products for merchants. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a team of business analysts. Design, build, and maintain insightful dashboards and reports for the Business Lending vertical. Take complete ownership of funnel metrics, from acquisition and onboarding to disbursal and repayment. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Partner with Product, Risk, and Business teams to provide analytical support for strategic initiatives and product development. Present clear, actionable insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders to drive decision-making. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a quantitative field like Engineering, Statistics, or Economics. Proven experience in a business analytics role, preferably within the fintech or lending industry. Prior experience leading or mentoring a team of analysts. Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, on-site environment in Noida.
