Job Details π Location: Hyderabad, India πΌ Role: IT Service Desk π₯ Experience: 3 β 5 Years π° Salary: Up to βΉ8.8 LPA (Expected) Key Responsibilities Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and ticketing systems. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues. Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions (Active Directory, O365). Ensure all incidents are logged, tracked, and resolved within agreed SLAs. Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical problems. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT Service Desk or Technical Support roles. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office 365, Active Directory, and ticketing tools (like ServiceNow). Certifications: ITIL certification is highly preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in shifts and handle high-pressure situations.
