Handle daily IAM operational tasks: account provisioning, de-provisioning, and modifications in Active Directory, Okta, and LDAP. Operate within the One Identity platform to process access requests and manage user roles. Monitor IAM systems, review alerts, and escalate potential security issues. Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: 0-2 years in an IT role, preferably with exposure to IT support or cybersecurity. Skills: Basic understanding of IT concepts like Active Directory, cloud services, and networking. Familiarity with platforms like Okta or One Identity is a plus.
