Provide technical support and troubleshoot integration-related issues for merchants. Collaborate with sales, operations, and technical teams to ensure a seamless merchant onboarding process. Explain technical concepts and provide documentation to merchants' developer teams. Manage and resolve technical queries in a timely manner. Qualifications & Requirements Qualification: B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field. Experience: Freshers (e.g., 2024 or 2025 graduates).
