Analyze and improve quality, cost, and delivery using Lean and Six Sigma tools . Investigate project proposals, acquire equipment, and ensure justification goals are achieved. Provide engineering support to production departments by troubleshooting technical issues. Ensure CNC programs, tooling, and fixtures are available to support customer demand. Collaborate with Manufacturing Supervisors to achieve company goals. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Engineering Degree or Mechanical Degree. Experience: Proven track record in a manufacturing environment (Continuous Improvement Methodologies preferred). Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, safety rules, and technical documents. Strong mathematical skills (advanced geometry, trigonometry, modern algebra). Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions. Demonstrated ability to be a team player and communicate effectively.
