Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors to maintain a stable and efficient supply chain. Manage vendor relationships, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with quality standards. Assist management with procurement planning, cost analysis, and contract management. Ensure adherence to government procurement policies including GFR and related regulations. Handle procurement activities on GeM and CPPP such as vendor selection, bidding, order processing, and payments. Coordinate with departments to assess procurement needs and ensure timely fulfillment. Support managers in tracking and executing administrative and procurement tasks. Oversee administrative functions such as asset management, facilities, logistics, and vendor coordination. Prepare and maintain documentation for audits and compliance requirements. Contribute to process improvements for enhanced operational efficiency. Qualifications Any graduate; MBA preferred. Experience in the government sector preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in operations and administration in a mid or large organization. Strong knowledge of GFR, government procurement rules, and bidding procedures. Mandatory hands-on experience with GeM & CPPP procurement portals. Experience in contract negotiation and vendor management. Familiarity with digital procurement, e-commerce, and manpower procurement through SDA agencies. Proficiency in MS Office and e-office. Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Educational qualifications may be relaxed for exceptional candidates.
