About the Job Jumio is hiring a remote Customer Success Engineer (CSE) based in India to support its North American (NA) clients. This is a critical technical role where you will act as the primary technical contact for customers post-sale. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the integration process, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring they get the maximum value from Jumio's solutions. Job Details 📍 Location: India (Remote) 💼 Experience: 2-5+ Years (Preferred) 🌍 Client Focus: North America (NA) Key Responsibilities Act as the key technical advisor and product expert for new and existing customers. Lead the technical implementation and integration of Jumio's APIs and SDKs for clients. Provide high-level technical support, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis for customer issues. Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to resolve customer escalations. Build strong relationships with customer technical teams to ensure successful adoption and retention. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: Proven experience in a technical, client-facing role such as Customer Success Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, or Sales Engineer. Skills: Strong understanding of APIs (REST, JSON) and mobile SDKs (iOS/Android). Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
