About the Role Coforge is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Practice Manager to lead one of its technology streams from Noida. This is a senior leadership role with complete ownership of the practice's success. You will be responsible for managing the P&L, overseeing delivery excellence, driving presales efforts, and building a world-class team, while engaging with clients to foster growth and innovation. Key Responsibilities Own and manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) for the technology practice, ensuring financial targets are met. Establish and enforce strong delivery governance to ensure high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction. Lead presales activities, including solutioning, proposal development, and client presentations. Drive the talent strategy, including hiring, nurturing, and scaling up a team of skilled professionals. Act as a senior liaison for key clients, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities for business growth. Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the practice to ensure market leadership and relevance. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Extensive experience in the IT services industry with a proven track record in a senior leadership role. Strong experience in managing P&L for a practice area or a significant business unit. Deep expertise in delivery management, presales, and client engagement for a specific technology domain. Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing technical teams. Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
