Optimize and improve the performance of existing BI systems and queries. Mentor junior developers and establish best practices for BI development. Analyze complex datasets to provide actionable insights that support business decisions. Qualifications & Requirements Strong, proven experience in leading BI development projects. Expert-level skills in Power BI , SQL , Data Warehousing, and ETL processes. Proficiency in data modeling, dashboard design, and data visualization. Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) is highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
