About the Role PwC is looking for an Associate to join their Deals Tech & Data Solutions (DTDS) team within Deal Advisory. In this role, you will support data-driven initiatives that provide crucial insights for Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and other transaction-related activities. You will use your skills in data manipulation, visualization, and modeling to help clients solve complex business challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic deals environment. Key Responsibilities Utilize advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from large datasets. Leverage data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling to support clients. Support M&A and other transaction-related activities with data-driven insights. Manage stakeholder expectations and build strong relationships with clients. Contribute to client engagements and project tasks in a consulting environment. Uphold the firm's code of conduct and consistently deliver high-quality work. Qualifications & Requirements B.E/B.Tech (CS/IT/EEE/EC) with a minimum of 60% and no backlogs. Hands-on experience in data analytics. Strong proficiency with relational databases and writing SQL queries. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView). Basic understanding of key financial statements and accounting principles. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience in Deals/M&A and certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) are a plus.
