Job Details 📍 Location: Gurugram, Haryana, India 💼 Experience: 3 – 5 Years (IT/Application Administration) 🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field Key Responsibilities Provide daily technical and administrative support for Hexagon engineering applications. Manage application installation, configuration, updates, and patching. Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues, errors, and performance problems. Collaborate with IT infrastructure and project teams to ensure system integration and stability. Maintain system documentation, user guides, and best practices. Qualifications & Requirements Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in IT, specifically in application administration. Technical Skills: Direct experience with Hexagon applications (SP-IN, SP-EL, SP-ID, S3D) is highly preferred. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
