About the Job Jconnect Infotech is expanding its team in Lucknow and is looking for passionate US IT Recruiters . This is an onsite role requiring 6 months to 2 years of experience. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of recruitment for US clients, working in a dynamic staffing environment during US business hours. Job Details 📍 Location: Lucknow (Onsite) 💼 Role: US IT Recruiter 🕒 Shift: US Shift (07:30 PM – 04:30 AM IST) 👥 Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various IT roles (Developers, Architects, QA, etc.) for US clients. Utilize job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn) and social media to find potential candidates. Conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit. Negotiate rates/salaries and close positions effectively. Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates and ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in US IT Recruitment. Shift: Must be comfortable working night shifts (US Shift). Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa classifications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Driven, self-motivated, and able to work in a target-based environment.
