Job Details Job Title: Telecaller Executive Location: Prayagraj, Kalindipuram Work Hours: Full-time (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 7 PM) Salary: Competitive, based on experience + performance incentives Job Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls, ensuring excellent customer service. Provide information about services, offers, and packages related to packing and moving. Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and issue resolution. Follow up on leads to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM. Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Achieve individual and team sales targets. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus. Prior experience in telecalling or customer service preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle objections and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Hindi and English; knowledge of local languages is a plus. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software. Strong negotiation, listening, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask, manage time, and maintain a positive attitude.
