About the Team: The team gathers, interprets, and uses complex data to develop actionable steps that improve merchant experience, optimize processes, and deliver measurable results. It assesses company needs, collects robust information, and analyzes it to identify trends or areas for improvement. About the Role: This role is a good mix of strategy and execution. Managing a team of Business Analysts and Data Analysts. Oversees the daily activities of the team responsible for identifying business trends and challenges through big data analysis. Supervises the interpretation of results from multiple data sources using techniques ranging from simple aggregation to advanced data mining. Expectations / Requirements: Track internal KPI’s and suggest improvements based on insights. Demonstrated ability to build professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Strong analytical skills with capability to perform data-driven business analysis. Collaborate with department managers to create data collection guidelines for internal use. Prepare analysis reports and dashboards for higher management. Superpowers / Skills That Will Help You Succeed: 3–5 years of experience in data management and dashboards. Experience in Fintech or payments industry preferred. Ability to proactively suggest system or process changes based on analysis. Proficient in manipulating data using analytics tools to uncover insights. Ability to prepare technical reports by collecting and summarizing key information and trends. Detail-oriented, analytical, and inquisitive mindset. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Data Studio, and SQL/Hive. Capable of defining and collecting metrics to monitor project or operational progress.
