The team assesses company needs, receives robust information, and analyzes it to identify trends or areas for improvement. About the Role: This role is a good mix of strategy and execution. Managing a team of Business Analysts and Data Analysts. Manages the daily activities of the team responsible for identifying business trends and problems through big data analysis. Oversees the interpretation of results from multiple sources using various techniques, from simple data aggregation to complex data mining. Expectations / Requirements: Track internal KPI’s and suggest improvements based upon the insights. Develop professional relationships and interact with all levels of internal and external vendors. Strong analytical skills and ability to perform analysis based on business requirements. Work with department managers to create data collection guidelines for internal use. Prepare analysis for higher management and regular dashboards. Superpowers / Skills That Will Help You Succeed: 3–5 years of experience in data management and dashboards. Fintech or payments background preferred. Proactively suggest system or process changes based on analysis. Manipulate data using data analysis tools to discover insights. Prepare technical reports by collecting and summarizing information and trends. Detail-oriented, analytical, and inquisitive mindset. Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Data Studio, and SQL/Hive. Define and collect metrics to track project or operational progress.
