Support and manage background verification processes and vendor payments. Assist in Campus Placement management and coordinate with institutes. Create and circulate periodic MIS reports and dashboards for stakeholders. Handle employee life cycle activities such as transfers, promotions, and induction presentations. Qualifications & Requirements Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree from a UGC-recognized university. Experience: Fresh Graduates (completed degree within the last 0-5 years). Constraint: Candidates must not have completed any Government-regulated Apprenticeship in the past. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing is preferred.
