The team partners with IT, Engineering, Shared Services, Finance, Sales, and HR, delivering year-over-year competitive advantages through world-class supplier management, operations, and negotiations. This role may fall under Category & Supplier Management or Procurement Operations supporting Cisco’s enterprise procurement. Your Impact Review purchase requisitions and purchase orders to ensure compliance with policies. Support supplier management and maintain vendor records. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand sourcing requirements. Monitor orders, deliveries, and invoices for timely completion. Apply procurement best practices, ethical standards, and compliance policies. Analyze procurement data to identify performance trends and cost-saving opportunities. Assist in building dashboards and reports for decision-making. Ensure accurate and timely data entry across procurement systems. Use analytics to track compliance and detect anomalies. Participate in training related to data visualization and procurement analytics. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or Operations. Up to 11 months of relevant experience is preferred. Preferred Qualifications Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good communication skills for vendor and team collaboration. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with procurement systems. Understanding of procurement, logistics, inventory, or operations. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
