Job Details 📍 Location: Royapettah, Chennai 💼 Role: Senior – Talent Acquisition 🕒 Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST 🌏 Scope: India & US Recruitment Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer management. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs for India and US operations. Develop sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process. Maintain recruitment data and track hiring metrics. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment (Senior Level).
