This team focuses on expanding Paytm’s Payment Aggregator and Payment Gateway (PA PG) business regulated by the RBI. About the Role: We are looking for self-driven professionals to join our Business Product Management (BPM) team. The BPM function bridges Product/Technology and Sales, driving ideation, competitive benchmarking, product roadmap, GTM strategy, and product penetration in the market. Expectations / Requirements: Analyze market trends and competition to identify new product opportunities. Collaborate with sales and product teams to build and prioritize product roadmaps. Lead GTM initiatives and boost adoption of new and existing products. Participate in merchant sales calls as a Subject Matter Expert (SME). Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and ensure smooth internal alignment. Identify product gaps and support continuous product improvements. Coordinate with Product, Business, Compliance, Finance, and Legal teams for effective execution. Superpowers / Skills Required: Minimum 3 years’ experience in Product Development or Product Management (preferably in card payments). Knowledge of card payment concepts like Tokenisation, Pre-auth/Capture, and International transactions. Experience in the Fintech or Payment industry preferred. Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities. Hands-on experience with cross-functional collaboration and project ownership. Ability to plan go-to-market strategies and evaluate product performance. Background in consulting, startups, or top-tier tech firms is a plus. Bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred).
