Resolve queries related to orders, returns, payments, and account issues. Provide exceptional service to maintain high CSAT/Seller satisfaction scores. Liaise with logistics and internal teams to solve operational bottlenecks. Adhere to process guidelines and ensure timely resolution of complaints. Qualifications & Requirements Qualification: Any Graduate. Experience: 0-4 years in BPO/Customer Support. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi). Problem-solving attitude and ability to empathize with users. Comfortable working in a 24/7 shift environment.
