About the Role TechnipFMC is seeking a Senior Executive – Accounts Payable (AP) to join their finance team in Noida (Hybrid) . You will be responsible for managing intercompany and third-party AP processes, including handling purchase order (PO) and non-PO invoices, performing 3-way/2-way matching, and ensuring smooth payment execution (BACS, wire, EFT). This role is crucial for maintaining accurate vendor accounts, managing accruals, and ensuring month-end AP accuracy. Position Details 📍 Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh 💼 Type: Full Time | Hybrid 💰 Salary: Competitive (Based on experience) Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end intercompany and third-party Accounts Payable processes. Process PO and non-PO invoices accurately, performing 3-way and 2-way matching. Execute timely payments via BACS, wire transfers, and EFT. Conduct regular vendor account reconciliations and manage supplier queries. Handle month-end AP closing activities, including managing accruals. Process travel and expense (T&E) claims in accordance with company policy. Ensure tax compliance (VAT/GST) on all invoices and payments. Qualifications & Requirements Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 3–5 years of progressive experience in global Accounts Payable operations. Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel. Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle/GEOS preferred). Good understanding of tax compliance, including VAT and GST. Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
