As an RTA, you will be responsible for monitoring real-time queue status, agent schedule adherence, and ensuring service levels are met within the contact center operations. Job Details 📍 Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Noida (Pan India) 💼 Role: Senior Associate / Business Analyst / Management Trainee (RTA) 👥 Experience: Freshers & Experienced Eligible 🏢 Department: Workforce Management (WFM) Key Responsibilities Monitor real-time queue status and agent schedule adherence using WFM tools (IEX, eWFM, CMS). Track and escalate real-time impacts such as absenteeism and schedule deviations. Manage break schedules and optimize resources to meet service levels. Generate and publish operational metrics (Productivity, Efficiency, SLAs). Collaborate with operations teams to ensure staffing requirements are met. Qualifications & Requirements Qualification: Any Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree). Experience: Freshers with strong analytical skills or experienced RTA professionals. Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is essential. Knowledge of WFM tools like IEX, Avaya, or Verint is a strong plus. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a 24/7 environment with rotational shifts.
