A Day in the Life – Sales Representative I Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Promotes and sells Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area or customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets. Develops and strengthens long-term relationships with distributors and healthcare professionals. Pursues leads, assesses needs, and provides product services to maximize customer benefit. Promotes and educates about company products and services. Conducts market research including customer and competitor activities. Implements market development strategies and communicates product feedback to internal teams. Sales Professional Career Stream Typically sales professionals with direct sales responsibilities. May direct the work of other lower-level sales professionals or manage processes involving multiple team members. The majority of time is spent establishing and maintaining relationships, implementing sales strategies, and closing sales.
