You will be responsible for driving the growth of the retail broking business across Karnataka, managing branch operations, leading sales teams, and ensuring profitability and market expansion within the state. Job Details 📍 Location: Bangalore, Karnataka 💼 Role: Manager (State Head) 🏢 Department: Retail Broking Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the retail broking business and operations for the entire state of Karnataka. Drive revenue targets through the acquisition of new clients (Demat/Trading accounts) and cross-selling financial products. Manage and mentor a team of Branch Managers and Relationship Managers to achieve sales goals. Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and brand visibility in the region. Ensure strict adherence to compliance, risk management, and regulatory guidelines at all branches. Qualifications & Requirements Qualification: Graduate / MBA / Post Graduate in Finance or Marketing. Experience: Significant experience (typically 8-12+ years) in Retail Broking, Wealth Management, or BFSI sales, with prior team handling experience. Skills: Strong leadership, business acumen, and relationship management skills. In-depth knowledge of the equity markets and third-party investment products. Certifications: NISM certifications are highly preferred.
