Job Details 📍 Location: Gurugram, India 💼 Role: Professional I (Capacity Planning) 🏢 Department: Workforce Management (WFM) 👥 Experience: 4–6 Years (Overall) Key Responsibilities Create and maintain capacity plans, converting volume demand into production hour requirements. Analyze historical data, volume projections, and trends to forecast headcount requirements accurately. Run "what-if" scenarios and undertake ad-hoc analysis to identify root causes for variances. Identify coverage gaps and propose new shifts, realignments, or hiring plans. Collaborate with stakeholders and WFM teams to create and maintain staffing models. Support RFP/RFI processes and maintain data integrity in planning tools. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: Overall 4-6 years of experience, with at least 2-3 years specifically in a planning role . Technical Skills: Experience with IEX is an added advantage. Strong process and mathematical orientation. Proficiency in data modeling, simulations, and scenario planning. Strong understanding of Contact Center metrics (AHT, Shrinkage, etc.). Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
