Job Responsibilities Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of Collection Executives and collaborate with third-party recovery agencies. Performance Monitoring: Drive the collections process, manage KPIs like resolution rates & delinquency buckets. Delinquency Management: Own portfolio delinquency, implement strategies to control roll rates & minimize risks. Strategy & Execution: Tailor collections strategies, analyze data to improve effectiveness. Compliance: Ensure adherence to SOPs, internal policies, and regulatory guidelines. Reporting: Monitor portfolio daily, prepare & present performance reports with solutions. Functional Competencies Leadership: Motivate and guide your team, provide direction & coaching. Analytical Skills: Use data to optimize strategies and decision-making. Communication: Collaborate with teams, agencies & management effectively. Results-Oriented: Strong drive to achieve and exceed targets. Qualifications & Attributes Graduate degree (mandatory). 5+ years of collections experience, with 1-2 years in a supervisory/team lead role. Experience in a bank, NBFC, or Fintech company preferred. Ability to lead, motivate, and make decisions under pressure. Proactive and effective communicator.
