About the Role Invest UP is seeking dynamic and experienced leaders for the roles of General Manager and Assistant General Manager (Infrastructure) . The selected candidates will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and management of key infrastructure projects that are critical to the state's development and attractiveness to investors. Key Responsibilities Lead the strategic planning and development of infrastructure projects aligned with state objectives. Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from conception and feasibility to execution and completion. Collaborate with various government departments, private sector partners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project implementation. Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Provide expert guidance on infrastructure policy and contribute to the creation of a pro-investment ecosystem. Prepare detailed reports and present findings to senior government officials and stakeholders. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical), Urban Planning, Public Policy, or a related field. Proven experience in a senior leadership role related to infrastructure planning, project management, or execution. Strong understanding of public infrastructure development processes and government regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working within or alongside government bodies is highly preferred.
