The role bearer would be responsible for client engagement, customer service, operations, liability build-up, and cross-sales at the designated branch while ensuring full regulatory compliance. Roles & Responsibilities Daily customer engagement on assigned customer portfolio for CA/SA/TD build-up, Asset & Wealth cross-sell. Deliver assigned business targets as per performance scorecard. Provide clients with need-based product solutions aligned with business requirements. Ensure higher product penetration per customer relationship. Generate new business through client references. Resolve queries and complaints with a customer-first approach. Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, data security, and other banking regulations. Assist in closure of all audit observations. Manage customer relationships and ensure smooth retail banking operations. Secondary Responsibilities Conduct audits and ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines. Deliver superior customer service to strengthen client trust and engagement. Key Success Metrics Performance will be measured based on CA/SA/TD build-up , customer wallet share , cross-sell targets , and overall performance scorecard achievements .
