Job Details 📍 Location: Multiple Locations 💼 Experience: 1 – 8 Years 🔢 Openings: 11 Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid and senior-level roles across multiple clients. Work directly with client hiring managers to understand requirements and build hiring strategies. Source candidates proactively through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals. Own the candidate experience by maintaining regular communication and ensuring a smooth interview process. Track and report hiring progress, flagging potential bottlenecks and suggesting solutions. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: Proven experience ( 1–8 years ) in talent acquisition, especially for mid and senior-level hiring. Skills: Excellent sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job boards. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to work with client leadership. Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously without compromising on quality. Self-driven, accountable, and takes ownership of the hiring process. Nice to Have: Familiarity with any ATS (e.g., Zoho People, Freshteam, Keka HR) and experience in a fast-paced, startup environment.
