Oversee payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT). Supervise attendance, roster management, and absenteeism trends. Drive employee engagement, retention, and R&R programs. Handle employee escalations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions. Coordinate performance management (PMS) cycles, linking outcomes to rewards. Update HR dashboards and track key metrics (e.g., absenteeism, attrition). Qualifications & Requirements Experience: 3-12 years in HR Operations, preferably in large-scale environments. Qualification: MBA in Human Resources or equivalent. Skills: Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR audits. Technical: Proficiency in Excel, HRIS tools, and statutory portals.
