Job Details 📍 Location: Lucknow / Noida 💼 Experience: 3 Years or above 🎓 Qualification: MBA (in HR) Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Oversee employee onboarding, offboarding, and engagement programs. Manage performance appraisal systems and employee relations. Ensure compliance with all labor laws and HR policies. Handle payroll processing and statutory compliance.
