Build and maintain compensation models and dashboards for executive reporting. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience in compensation. Skills: Strong command of benchmarking surveys, data analytics, and compensation frameworks. Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Technical: Proficiency in Excel is required. Experience with Workday, SQL, Python, or Tableau is a plus. Nice to Have: Experience in tech or high-growth environments, familiarity with BI dashboards, and an advanced degree or certification.
