This is a key leadership role where you'll oversee financial reporting, accounting operations, and advisory initiatives. You will be responsible for managing multiple client relationships, reviewing GL coding, delivering management reports, handling tax coordination, and mentoring a team of accountants. Review General Ledger (GL) coding and deliver accurate, insightful management reports. Coordinate tax-related activities and lead various advisory initiatives. Mentor, train, and guide a team of senior and staff accountants. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance. A minimum of 5 years of experience in outsourced accounting. Professional certifications such as CPA or CMA are highly preferred. Strong proficiency in accounting software like QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite. Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
