About the Role Jio is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to lead their B2B/Enterprise sales division in Lucknow (Gomti Nagar) . This is a sales leadership role focused on driving the acquisition of enterprise clients, managing key accounts, and leading a high-performing sales team. You will be responsible for developing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, and expanding Jio's enterprise footprint in the region. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor the enterprise sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the B2B market in the assigned territory. Acquire new enterprise clients and manage relationships with existing key accounts. Drive revenue growth by selling Jio's complete suite of enterprise solutions (mobility, connectivity, cloud, IoT). Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide accurate forecasting. Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, solutions, operations) to ensure excellent service delivery. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience in B2B/Enterprise sales leadership, preferably in the telecom or tech industry. Strong track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Deep understanding of the enterprise market and technology solutions. Must be based in or willing to relocate to Lucknow.
