Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, ensure timely month-end/quarter-end/year-end closure, coordinate with Big Four auditors. Audit Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for auditors, prepare audit schedules, address findings, implement corrections. Chart of Accounts Management: Review, maintain, and update chart of accounts to support business initiatives and reporting needs. Consolidation: Manage consolidated financial statements across multiple entities, ensure accuracy and consistency. Special Projects: Lead initiatives in MIS reporting, valuations, compliance dashboards, RCM implementation, and process improvements.
