Ensure all applications comply with RBI guidelines and internal policies. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in the system. Identify and flag discrepancies or potential fraud in documentation. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve hold cases and ensure timely processing. Qualifications & Requirements Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, B.A, B.Sc, BBA, etc.). Experience: Freshers or candidates with prior experience in backend operations/KYC are welcome. Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office. Good eye for detail and ability to spot errors. Decent communication skills (Written & Verbal).
