About the Job Unilever is hiring an Assistant Finance Manager for its Corporate FET Overheads (OH FET) team. This critical role involves driving efficiency in budgeting, planning, and forecasting. You will be responsible for budget management, performance reviews, and supporting business cases, working closely with Finance Business Partners (FBPs) and service line leaders. Job Details 📍 Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka 💼 Category: Finance 🆔 Job ID: R-1169009 Key Responsibilities Work with FBPs and service lines to ensure budgets are fully understood and effectively managed. Track actual spending vs. forecasts and highlight any issues, proposing course corrections. Perform accruals, provisions, and prepayments as required. Partner with budget holders and FBP's in monthly & quarterly forecasts. Provide financial sign-off for business cases under €3m. Drive process simplification and improvements while enhancing controls. Qualifications & Requirements Chartered Accountancy (CA) or equivalent degree with 3-4+ years of relevant experience. OR MBA (Finance) / ICWA with 5+ years of relevant experience. Strong analytical, data accuracy, and communication skills. Experience in financial accounting or management accounting. Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Ability to drive process simplification and present complex information in a simplified manner.
