This role is essential for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions. You will be responsible for performing daily reconciliation, managing settlements with banking partners, and conducting operational analysis of complex payment flows to identify and resolve discrepancies. Position Details 📍 Location: Gurgaon 💼 Type: Full Time Key Responsibilities Execute daily reconciliation of all payment transactions and fund flows. Manage the end-to-end settlement process with various banking partners and aggregators. Analyze payment flows to identify, investigate, and resolve any discrepancies or exceptions. Prepare and maintain operational analysis reports for internal stakeholders. Collaborate with finance, technical, and business teams to streamline and improve operations. Ensure all banking operations are compliant with regulatory guidelines. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in banking operations, reconciliation, or settlements, preferably in the fintech or payments industry. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must. Excellent analytical skills and an exceptional eye for detail. Ability to handle large volumes of data and work effectively under pressure. Good communication and teamwork skills.
